Texas Star Cafe'/Hibachi Hut and Tallgrass Brewery Beer Pairing Dinner

A Beer Pairing Dinner--A wonderful evening was the result of cooperation between Texas Star Cafe'/Hibachi Hut and Tallgrass Brewery.

A five course meal was prepared by Texas Star Cafe'/Hibachi Hut. Each course was paired with a different Tallgrass beer. Each course was highlighted with descriptions by Kale Becker and Jeff Gill.

That is the debate between owners Kale and Marc. The friendly debate is highlighted each year when they attend several baseball games.
